During my professional career, I have often been
called upon to render an expert opinion for a variety of businesses, schools,
and especially law firms. My hourly rates are negotiable, but require a
two hour minimum commitment. I can usually accomplish quite a lot in 2
hours time!

Consultations for law firms and their associated
court cases have covered many themes. They all include reconstructing
some or all of the weather conditions during given dates and at specific
geographical locations.
Types of Cases include:
A typical Consultation Report includes the
following elements:
1. Official U.S. Government Archived Meteorological Data
2. A Synoptic Analysis (the Nationwide weather picture for that time period)
3. The Localized Weather Elements (site and time specific)
4. The conclusions pertinent to the case
Depositions: I have had several experiences with stenography, as
well as audio/video taping.
Court Appearances: Though I prefer NOT to do this. I have appeared
in courtrooms, on many occasions in several parts of the country.
