Here are a few websites that I feel are currently very helpful and will continue to be helpful as my teaching career continues!

At this website there are lesson plans available from preschool-12th grades. Everything a teacher needs when needing help with standards. If you need math lesson plans, all math lessons are taken from mathematic standards.

http://www.kde.state.ky.us/:

Teachers, available at this site: job opportunities. This website gives valuable information about Kentucky schools. You can even link to curriculum documents and resources and find out more about Kentucky schools’ test scores and how they affect your school district.

http://www.warren.k12.ky.us/:

 All parents of students enrolled in Warren County Schools need to be linked to this site. This site offers information about all Warren County Schools.  At this particular site, you can even link to any Warren County school and find out what is going on, and upcoming events. District report cards, as well as, school report cards can be found here.

http://www.engine-uity.com/:

 This is a very neat site for teachers. You will be able to find all the resources you need to teach and then some. Products for centers and kits can be purchased here.  This site provides great ideas for the first year teacher to get started on the right foot!

 This site offers math help from Dr. Math. This website offers a great opportunity to implement technology into mathematics. Teachers can let students go to site and answer the problem of the week, which is a wonderful activity to do in the classroom. There is an abundance of lesson plans available at this site for elementary mathematics.

 This site is a great way teachers can get ideas to help students with communication skills. Examples of links that can be found at this site include the following: grammar errors, non-native speakers of English, writing one-on-one with students, as well as, grading and assessment help.

This website links teachers to a wide variety of sites; links can even be found for professional development. This site addresses multicultural issues which is very helpful and informative. This website also links to some great literacy sites for teachers who need help communicating with  parents who don’t speak English.

 This site offers valuable information on how to teach children that have ADHD. There also some very helpful links for teachers and parents that are involved with children with ADHD. A printable guide is located at this site, and it contains ideas that will help teachers have a peaceful and productive classroom even with ADHD students.

  This website has a great link for phonics lessons. The lesson plans located at this site are easy to follow and the objectives are clearly stated, as well as, the modeling, the guided practice, the independent practice, and the closure.  This is a wonderful link for integrating technology into lessons, children can log on to this site and read a short passage match vocabulary words and check their grade. So, the children get feedback quickly

 This website is one that teachers can absolutely not live without. There is so much information on classroom management, lesson planning, and child development. This is a great website!

     A to Z Teacher Stuff provides access to thousands of lesson plans through theme and lesson plan pages, as well as LessonPlanz.com.  At this site, you will also find a growing collection of free print materials, teacher-tested tips, articles, discussion forums, and store where you can even download eBooks.
