I have several papers/studies in progress. They represent various stages of the writing/publishing process. Some of them are at the level of brainstorming; others are at the point where they can be submitted for publication.

Issues of Diversity and Teaching Across Cultures and Languages

"Perceptions of Cultural Difference in the Global Classroom." This project is based on a Junior Faculty Grant for international research. In addition to a theoretical inqury, this project is based on interviews that I conducted at Central European University in Budapest, Hungary and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

"Pedagogy Under (Re)construction: Democratizing the Authoritarian Teacher.” Intended for a collection of essays entitles Teaching with Accents: Challenges of Expatriate and Immigrant Scholarship.

Teaching with Technology

I am planning to write a paper on the development of my Video Syllabus for my online classes.

I am also planning to develop a multimedia project on how not to shoot a video.
