Don’t sign up for this course if you are a student who…
  • Hasn’t taken the prerequisites: English 100 and 300. If you have not taken these courses or their equivalents, you will not get credit for Eng 401.
  • signs up for online course because they are easier than face-to-face courses.
  • Has too many commitments this semester. Don’t take the course if you cannot afford the time it takes to prepare your assignments. Please remember that reading and writing are time- and energy-consuming activities. You will be busy this semester.
