Course Transfer Equivalency Procedure
If you would like to request a
mathematics course transfer equivalency or substitution, then please
follow the procedure outlined below:
Option I: You
would like
for
the mathematics course that you took elsewhere to substitute for a WKU
mathematics course that is required for a mathematics major or
minor. Then please
print out this transfer
equivalency request form and fill out the bottom left
section. Take the form to your academic advisor for approval,
then forward the form along with the catalog course
description and/or
the instructor's syllabus for the course that you took to Dr.
David Neal, Department of Mathematics, TCCW 315. We will inform
you of the decision by email.
Option II: You would like
for the mathematics course that you took elsewhere to count as a direct
equivalency to an existing WKU mathematics course. Then please
print out this transfer
equivalency request form and fill out the bottom right
section. Obtain a copy of the catalog course description and/or
the instructor's syllabus for the course that you took. If you
like, you can provide direct
links to web pages that have this information. Return all forms,
as well as the name of the school where you completed the work, to Dr.
David Neal, Department of Mathematics, TCCW 315. We will inform
you of the decision by email.
