• Anatis, new to the party, surprises everyone when, instead of mounting a horse like the others, he summons two scantily-clad twin hirelings who bring his gilded chariot.
• After Respen cast clenched fist, he renamed it pimp hand.
• While in Kara-Tur, Jean-Baptiste engages in a cage match with the champion of the Tategami Hora (Lion's Den), sumo wrestler Kumicho. Jean-Baptiste nearly won the belt that night.
• While seeking a portal to the Elemental Plane of Water, the party is attacked by a kuo-toa leviathan. In the first round, Taeghen fires off prismatic spray, turning it to stone and ending the encounter immediately.
