The Cumberland Conference on Combinatorics, Graph Theory and Computing, organized annually since 1988, brings together combinatorial mathematicians and computer scientists
from the southern and southeastern regions of United States with internationally recognized leaders in these fields. The conference will feature five plenary speakers who will give one-hour
presentations, and several contributed talks, each twenty minutes long. The focus of the 2009 Cumberland conference will be on extremal and probabilistic combinatorics, and complexity theory.
Friday morning a special session is honoring Ralph Faudree for his contribution to Graph Theory on the occasion of his 70th birthday.
Next year, the 23rd Cumberland Conference is at the University of Mississippi at May 2010.
