Welcome to my webpage! I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Consumer and Family Sciences at WKU. I started teaching at WKU in the fall of 2002. I received my B.S. in Biology from Georgetown College, my M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Kentucky, and my Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kentucky.

In my free time☺, I like to garden, travel, hike, and spend time with family/friends. My husband and I are on a quest to visit many of our nation’s national parks.
